Salad and Go Breakfast Hours: Starting today, the Valley’s first drive-through restaurant providing gourmet salads, Salad and Go, will be serving breakfast.
Hours of Breakfast
Warm Berry Quinoa Dish: Warm Quinoa bowl with fresh berries and bananas, all-natural peanut butter with coconut and almonds, toasted. ($4.99)
Nonfat Greek yoghurt, fresh berries, strawberry Marmalade, and handmade Granola in a Greek Yogurt Parfait ($3.99)
Peanut Butter Power Wrap ($3.99) All-natural peanut butter, bananas, strawberries, handmade Granola, and honey drizzles on a unique or honey-wheat wrap
Breakfast Wrap: A unique Honey Wheat Wrap ($4.99) with roasted red potato bacon, egg whites, pico de gallo, spinach avocado, cheese, and more.
From 6:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m., breakfast is served. Every day from Monday to Friday at Salad and Go in Gilbert’s southwest corner, as well as Guadalupe in Gilbert’s official district.

Every salad comes with a generous serving that may fill a 48-ounce dish. Each salad will provide you energy and keep you full for several hours because it is natural and balanced in terms of proteins, vegetables, and healthy fats.
What happens now that I’ve applied for a job at Salad and Go?
We’re ecstatic to learn that you’re interested in joining our Drive-Thru Revolutionists club! Once you’ve submitted your application to us, we’ll review it and let you know if we think you’re a good fit. We’ll send an update email to each store team candidate within three days. (Don’t forget to check your spam or junk mail folders!) Don’t be anxious if you don’t receive an invitation to an interview. As we grow, our requirements will change as well. Is it possible to order salads for breakfast?
Absolutely! When we open our doors, we will have our entire menu available (6:30 am Monday-Friday, and at 7:00 am Saturday & Sunday). A popular breakfast combo is to have a Salad for lunch and a Breakfast Burrito with Organic Cold Brew in the morning. We strive to keep things as easy as possible in order to keep you energised throughout the day!
